These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Everyday Track, a sole proprietorship that operates the Service under the Everyday brand (“Everyday Track,” “Everyday,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of:
- https://everydaytrack.org;
- Everyday accounts and saved-package features;
- public tracking links generated through Everyday;
- Everyday’s Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) connector; and
- other features, content, or services that link to these Terms.
Together, these are the “Service.” By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or invoking an Everyday connector tool, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms for you. Children under 13 may not create an Everyday account or submit personal information through the Service.
If you use the Service for a business, organization, or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party, and “you” includes that party.
You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from receiving it or if Everyday has previously suspended or terminated your access for a material violation of these Terms.
2. The Service
Everyday is an independent package-tracking information service. It lets a user:
- enter a shipment tracking number without selecting a carrier or creating an account;
- have Everyday analyze the number’s format and identify a likely carrier;
- request current tracking information from available carrier or tracking-data sources;
- view a normalized status, status detail, scan history, scan location, event date and time, carrier handoff, and estimated delivery date when those details are available;
- create an account using email and password or Google sign-in;
- save a tracking number, add a personal nickname, refresh it, and remove it from the saved list;
- copy or share a link that contains a tracking number; and
- ask a compatible AI assistant to search or fetch tracking information through the Everyday MCP connector.
Features and supported carriers may change. Everyday may add, modify, limit, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service, subject to applicable law.
3. Everyday is not a carrier or seller
Everyday does not possess, transport, store, inspect, insure, redirect, deliver, or control packages. Everyday is not a postal operator, shipping carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, retailer, marketplace, merchant, sender, recipient, or insurer. References to carriers—including names, logos, and tracking events—identify third-party services and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or agency unless expressly stated.
Everyday cannot:
- change a delivery address or delivery instructions;
- intercept, hold, redirect, accelerate, or cancel a shipment;
- file a carrier claim or obtain a refund for you;
- resolve customs, duty, loss, theft, damage, or delivery disputes;
- guarantee a delivery date or shipment condition; or
- verify the identity or authority of a sender, recipient, merchant, or carrier.
For those matters, contact the merchant, sender, marketplace, or carrier responsible for the shipment.
4. Tracking information and carrier detection
Tracking information comes from third-party carriers and tracking-data providers. Everyday may reformat or translate status data into a consistent presentation, but it does not create the underlying carrier scans.
Automatic carrier detection is based on number formats and other available signals. Different carriers may use overlapping or recycled number formats, and shipments may be handed from one carrier to another. Detection can therefore be incomplete or incorrect. Everyday may update the displayed carrier when later information indicates a handoff or a better match.
Tracking events, locations, estimated delivery dates, and delivery confirmations may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, out of order, mistranslated, unavailable, or incorrect. “Live,” “current,” “estimated,” “delivered,” and similar labels reflect the data available to Everyday at the time of the request; they are not guarantees. Always verify time-sensitive or important information with the responsible carrier or merchant.
5. Tracking numbers and authorization
You may submit only tracking numbers that you are legally authorized to access and use. For example, you may track your own shipment or a shipment when the sender, recipient, merchant, or another authorized party has given you permission.
You must not use the Service to stalk, harass, monitor, intimidate, defraud, or locate another person; infer private activity without authorization; steal or redirect goods; obtain nonpublic commercial intelligence; or violate privacy, consumer-protection, computer-misuse, or other laws.
Tracking numbers can function as access credentials for shipment information even when no account password is required. Keep them private. If you share a tracking number or link, the recipient may be able to view and further share its tracking history through Everyday or the carrier.
6. Accounts and security
An account is optional for a basic lookup but required to save and name packages. You agree to:
- provide an email address you are authorized to use;
- maintain accurate account information;
- protect your password, device, authentication session, and linked Google account;
- promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access; and
- accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Do not share an account in a way that compromises security. We may require email confirmation, reauthentication, or other reasonable verification. Google sign-in and email/password authentication are provided using third-party authentication infrastructure, and the provider’s terms and policies may also apply.
Everyday may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected compromise, abuse, unlawful activity, or a violation of these Terms.
7. Saved packages and package nicknames
When signed in, you may save a tracking number with a nickname. You retain any rights you have in text you submit. You grant Everyday a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, and display that text only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Do not place passwords, financial information, health information, government identifiers, unlawful content, abusive content, or another person’s unnecessary personal information in a package nickname. Everyday may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal or security risk.
Removing a saved package removes it from the active saved list. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, fraud-prevention records, security logs, or records that law requires us to retain, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Sharing features and public tracking links
Everyday can generate a link in the form https://everydaytrack.org/?tracking=.... The tracking number is contained in that URL. A person or service that receives the link can read the number, open the tracking result, copy the link, and share it again.
When you use your device’s share sheet, clipboard, messaging app, email app, social network, or another sharing destination, that third party receives the information you choose to send and processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. Everyday does not control the recipient’s use of the information.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate recipients and for avoiding public posts when shipment information should remain private.
9. MCP connector and AI assistants
Everyday provides an MCP endpoint that compatible assistants can use to track a package, search for a shipment by tracking number, and fetch a shipment’s scan history. The connector may return structured tracking data, a formatted card, and a link to Everyday.
When you invoke the connector through an AI assistant:
- you instruct the assistant provider to send the relevant tracking number or identifier to Everyday;
- Everyday processes that input and returns available tracking data;
- the assistant provider may store or use your prompt, the tool request, and Everyday’s response under its own terms and privacy settings; and
- the accuracy and presentation of the final assistant response may depend on both Everyday and the assistant provider.
Do not send unrelated confidential or sensitive content through the connector. Everyday is not responsible for an assistant provider’s availability, security, data handling, model output, or changes to connector support.
Use of the official connector for ordinary personal or authorized business tracking is permitted. High-volume, bulk, scraped, resold, mirrored, or competing use requires Everyday’s prior written permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to help another person to:
- use the Service unlawfully or in violation of another person’s rights;
- submit tracking numbers you know you are not authorized to access;
- use tracking data for stalking, surveillance, harassment, fraud, theft, discrimination, or physical harm;
- impersonate Everyday, a carrier, a merchant, or another person;
- misrepresent tracking data or use it to create a deceptive delivery notice, phishing message, or scam;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, carriers, providers, or networks;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, authentication, security controls, or technical restrictions;
- probe, scan, exploit, or test vulnerabilities without Everyday’s prior written authorization;
- introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or excessive traffic;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index, copy, or extract the Service at scale except through an interface and within limits expressly authorized by Everyday;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover nonpublic source code, except to the limited extent such a restriction is prohibited by law;
- resell, sublicense, frame, mirror, or operate a competing tracking database from the Service without permission;
- remove legal, copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; or
- use the Service in a way that violates a carrier’s or third-party provider’s applicable terms.
We may apply reasonable rate limits, request verification, block abusive requests, or take other proportionate steps to protect the Service and its users.
11. Privacy
Everyday’s Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data may be processed by carriers, tracking-data providers, authentication providers, hosting and security providers, and an AI-assistant provider you choose.
12. Third-party services
The Service depends on or interoperates with third parties, including carriers, tracking-data providers, Supabase, Google, Lovable-related infrastructure, Cloudflare, and compatible AI-assistant providers. Everyday does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, terms, policies, data, or availability.
Third-party service terms may apply to you. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, restricts access, changes an interface, or stops providing data, Everyday may be unable to provide some or all tracking features.
13. Intellectual property
The Service—including its software, design, layout, text, graphics, compilation and presentation of data, and the Everyday name and logos—is owned by or licensed to Everyday and is protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Carrier names, logos, tracking data, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. You may not use Everyday’s or a third party’s marks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without permission.
If you voluntarily provide an idea or feedback about the Service, you grant Everyday a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate it without restriction or payment, provided that Everyday will handle personal information included in feedback under the Privacy Policy.
14. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, security events, Internet failures, carrier outages, provider changes, rate limits, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our control. We do not promise that every carrier, tracking number, event, device, browser, or AI assistant will be supported.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature. Where required by law, we will provide notice of a material change that adversely affects an existing paid commitment. The current Service does not charge a fee for its standard tracking and account features. If we introduce a paid feature, separate pricing and payment terms will be presented before purchase.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may remove individual saved packages through the Service and may request account deletion using the contact information below.
Everyday may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably determine that you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, used the Service fraudulently or abusively, threatened the Service’s security or availability, or if suspension is required by law or a provider on which the Service depends. When reasonable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and general provisions—will survive.
16. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL TRACKING INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EVERYDAY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
EVERYDAY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- A CARRIER WILL BE IDENTIFIED CORRECTLY;
- TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE;
- A PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE, ARRIVE ON TIME, OR ARRIVE UNDAMAGED;
- AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OR “DELIVERED” STATUS IS CORRECT;
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE; OR
- AN AI ASSISTANT WILL DISPLAY OR INTERPRET A CONNECTOR RESPONSE CORRECTLY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a non-waivable consumer right.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYDAY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE, MISDELIVERY, DELAY, OR REDIRECTION OF A SHIPMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS IS POSSIBLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF EVERYDAY AND THE PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID EVERYDAY FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU PAID NOTHING, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM MONETARY LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT EVERYDAY TO EXCLUDE.
The limitations in this section apply to the extent permitted by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or violation of certain statutory rights.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Everyday and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service;
- a tracking number, package nickname, or other content you submit;
- your sharing or misuse of tracking information;
- your violation of these Terms; or
- your violation of another person’s rights.
Everyday will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and may control the defense and settlement. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on Everyday without Everyday’s written consent. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before filing a formal claim, you and Everyday agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A notice should describe the dispute and requested resolution and may be submitted through any legal or support contact method published by Everyday Track on the Service. If the dispute is not resolved through reasonable informal efforts, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
Any legal proceeding may be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over the dispute. This section does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or a consumer from using a small-claims process where eligible.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security needs, or business practices. We will post the revised Terms and identify when they become effective. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed agreement. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service.
21. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Everyday concerning the Service, unless separate written terms expressly apply.
- Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without Everyday’s prior written consent. Everyday may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.
- No agency. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, fiduciary, carrier, or franchise relationship.
- No third-party beneficiaries. Except where these Terms expressly state otherwise, they do not create rights for a third party.
- Electronic communications. You agree that notices and records may be provided electronically where permitted by law.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
